How do I place an order?
A:
Start by choosing from the categories to the left of the screen. When you have followed the links and have your chosen book on screen, select the quantity and "Add to Cart". At this point, you may continue shopping using the categories to the left, or proceed to checkout. At any time you may click "Cart" to review your purchases. When proceeding to checkout, you can use the option of registering to make use of store specials and return customer deals.

How does your Book Exchange work?
A:
All books purchased from this store are available for return credit. Upon return, you will receive 60% of the original purchase price as "Book Book" credit to spend in-store. This offer is subject to books being cared for and returned in a condition acceptable to Book Book Australia.
Q: Condition of Books
In what condition are your books?
A:
All books on this site are secondhand. This means that they may have light markings, name or stamps internally or externally, and creasing. Books are generally in a good readable condition, with no pages missing. If a book is in a poor condition, it will be noted and reduced in price. The books are from smoke-free and pet-free storage, although the same cannot be said for previous owners. If you would like an exact description of an book's condition before purchasing, please contact me.

How do I know the size and format of a book?
A:
Unless noted, all books on this site are standard sized paperbacks. If a book is a larger trade-sized paperback, or hard cover, it will be noted in the listing.

How can I pay for my order?
A:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex through the Paypal system. We also welcome direct deposit and money orders. Instructions for these methods will be outlined during the checkout process.
Q: Shipping Costs and Info
How much is postage?
A:
We use Australia Post for our shipping. Postage is charged by weight, automatically calculated at checkout. As a guide, approximately 1-2 paperbacks will be $5.50 to Standard Post. The best value is the 3kg satchel, which fits approximately 3-10 paperbacks for $9.50 Standard Post. For Express Post prices and requests please contact me. We also have a special offer of a maximum $9.95 for Standard Post on an unlimited number of books. PLEASE NOTE THIS MAXIMUM POSTAGE IS NOT APPLICABLE DURING THE HALF PRICE SALE.
Q: Delivery Time
When will my book be received?
A:
Your books will be sent within two business days. Australia Post has an estimated delivery time of 5 working days, counted from the day after posting. So, if a parcel is posted on Tuesday, you should receive it by the following Tuesday, presuming there are no Public Holidays that week. If you are using Express Post, delivery will depend on where you are in the Express Post Delivery Network. As an example, if you are in a capital city, delivery should be 2 days, although this is not guaranteed by Australia Post.
Q: Returns Policy
Can I return a book if I am unhappy?
A:
It is the goal of Book Book Australia to keep their customers happy! If you are unhappy with your transaction, please contact us. Each case will be reviewed independently, and we will work hard for a happy outcome. If an item has been misrepresented, you will be entitled to a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for any loss on the part of Australia Post, and in this case a refund cannot be provided.

What happens to my personal information?

Your personal details are collected solely for the use of Book Book Australia, and will not be passed on to any third party. Your credit card details are collected by Paypal only, Book Book Australia does not receive access to this information.
